Product Description
A bellows globe valve is a type of industrial valve used for controlling the flow of fluids within pipelines. It is designed with a bellows element, which is a flexible, corrugated, or convoluted tube often made of metal, to enhance the sealing and performance of the valve.
Each bellows assembly is helium leak tested to ensure zero leakage.
Non-rotating stem prevents bellows twisting.
Flexible metal bellows replaces the function of a conventional gland, reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.
Threaded fittings and hermetically welded fittings replace flanged fittings to ensure zero leakage (the valve is thus hermetically sealed).
Vacuum brazed valve body seats are replaced. conventional threaded seats, thereby eliminating potential leakage paths and reducing maintenance.
