SN5100F series plastic-lined ball valves have excellent corrosion resistance and are separated from the contact parts with the media by fluoroplastic. PTFE and FEP are mainly selected as fluoroplastic. They are usually used in occasions where sealing requirements are high and highly corrosive media can be reliably switched on and off.
Product Description
SN5F series plastic-lined 0 type cut-off ball valve is a rotary valve with a 90° turning angle, has excellent corrosion resistance, all parts in contact with the media, are isolated with fluorine plastic, the main choice of fluorine plastic for F46, PFA, has excellent sealing performance, usually applicable to the sealing requirements of strict occasions, especially suitable for strong corrosive media. The ball valve has large circulation capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, and can be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators.
Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of the valve body and the surface layer of the ball are covered with polymer fluorine plastic, which can resist the corrosion of all chemical media (including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkali and aqua regia).
Good sealing performance: made of F46, PFA, etc., with good sealing performance.
High valve leakage level: no leakage under rated pressure cut-off.
Good flow performance: same structure as ordinary O ball valve, large flow capacity.
Flange distance in accordance with GB/T 12221-2005 / ASME B16.10 or API609.ISO5752 standards.
Temperature applicable range: -29～200℃.
And pipeline connection has RF flange type.
